Patient Triage is an interactive online form for patients to use to contact the surgery with administrative queries and non-urgent medical matters.
Click here to send the practice your administrative queries (sick notes, insurance forms, letters, requests for copies of records) or medical queries (prescription enquiry or request, non-urgent medical issues, ask your GP or nurse a question).
For medical queries you will initially be asked safety-netting questions, after which you can describe your situation and requirements. You can also attach photos should you need to. You will receive a response from the surgery within 3 working days (weekend not included).
For patient safety reasons please use this service instead of emailing us. You can access it by clicking on the getting started box below.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why Use an eConsultation?
Each year all surgeries have to sign a contract with the NHS agreeing to provide primary care (GP) services to the public. This contract often introduces new initiatives or services which we are obliged to offer, online consultations are one of these services.
We have found this to be a safe and efficient way to provide fully safety-netted medical and administrative support to our patients, both during the pandemic and beyond, and we no longer accept email requests from patients.
Studies have shown that in the long-term it is of benefit to both patients and surgery staff. Thank you for your support.
Why will patients no longer be able to contact the surgery by email?
Patient Triage is a very efficient means for you to communicate with us, offerring Medical and Admin requests.
Each Patient Triage request will be directly linked to your health record, keeping your records up-to-date. Medical requests are fully safety-netted and there is no possibility of missing requests by emails going to junk.
Patients who send emails to the surgery will get a responder telling them that their email will not be read and requesting they resend using the Patient Triage facility on our website.
How long will it take the surgery to respond to a request?
When you submit a Patient Triage request it will tell you the processing time. We will provide a response within 2 working days, but this will often be much quicker and on the same day.
Please remember that all of our GPs work part-time, whilst you may request a response from a particular GP, another GP may well respond in order for us to reply to you within the dealine.
